We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused professional with strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage daily resident interactions, handle facility-related issues, and support administrative operations in a residential condominium setup
- Attend the customer call for facility related issues.
- Supervision and monitoring customer day to day complaints and tracking.

- Receiving and assigning complaints in digital platform and share to the concerned maintenance personnel.
- Close liaison with client’s office for all correspondences (Viz. Issue of Notices, circulars, etc.)

- Oversee the architectural design process from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements, regulatory standards, and project timelines
- Incorporate green building design principles and sustainability criteria into architectural plans.
- Manage architectural drawings and specifications throughout the project lifecycle, coordinating with structural and service consultants to ensure cohesive design integration
- Serve as the primary liaison with clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring their vision is accurately represented in the project
- Coordinate project timelines, facilitate site operations, and collaborate with management to ensure project objectives are met efficiently
- Work closely with internal departments to provide necessary drawings and support, following directives from senior management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for detailed 2D drafting and documentation.
- Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools, such as Revit, to enhance design accuracy and collaboration.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through effective administrative support.
- Manage and maintain the Director's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Support the Director in project management and follow-up on action items.
- Maintain various MIS in coordination with other departments
- Perform other general duties like, manage office supplies, various insurances etc

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented legal professional with comprehensive knowledge of land laws and property-related legal frameworks in West Bengal. The role entails conducting thorough reviews of land documents, performing legal due diligence, and providing support throughout land acquisition and property registration processes.
- Conduct land due diligence & registration process
- Coordinate with advocates and relevant stakeholder
- Draft and review documents in line with departmental requirement
- Applying and organizing documents for RERA registration
- Manage and process bills of advocates ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal protocol
- Stay updated on relevant legal notifications, amendments, and conduct research to inform departmental practices
- Manage litigation matters
- Knowledge of The West Bengal Land Reforms Act, West Bengal Estate Acquisition Act, Land Acquisition Act, Indian Stamp Act, The Registration Act, Transfer of Property Act, and related statutes.
- Proficiency in drafting legally compliant documents and agreements
- Conversant in written and verbal communication in Bengali and English
- Ability to manage and organize tasks with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and basic legal documentation tools
Strong finishing knowledge, people management skills, good communication skills and ability to work independently and as apart of a team
- Quality inspection of Commercial and residential buildings
- Enquire quality process that is being followed
- Assist the Project/Construction Managers in reviewing the contractor’s specific quality plans and produce recommendations
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of ongoing work to ensure compliance with project specifications, relevant standards, and best practices.
- Coordinate with the contractor’s representative and Site Engineer in charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including the closure of Non-Compliance Report.
- Material testing and Verification of testing of regular construction material, Mix design, Mix Design Concrete Mix Trial
- Control over production & produced concrete
- Checking all finishing works and checking workmanship
