Assistant Manager - Architect
Academic Exposure B.Tech in Architecture

Desired Skill Set

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of architectural design and project execution. The incumbent will support project planning, prepare and review drawings, coordinate with consultants and site teams, and ensure that the design intent is maintained throughout the construction process.

Roles and Responsibilities :
  1. Oversee the architectural design process from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements, regulatory standards, and project timelines
  2. Incorporate green building design principles and sustainability criteria into architectural plans.
  3. Manage architectural drawings and specifications throughout the project lifecycle, coordinating with structural and service consultants to ensure cohesive design integration
  4. Serve as the primary liaison with clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring their vision is accurately represented in the project
  5. Coordinate project timelines, facilitate site operations, and collaborate with management to ensure project objectives are met efficiently
  6. Work closely with internal departments to provide necessary drawings and support, following directives from senior management

Eligibility Criteria :
  1. Proficiency in AutoCAD for detailed 2D drafting and documentation.
  2. Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools, such as Revit, to enhance design accuracy and collaboration.
  3. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Sr. Engineer/ Manager – QC
Professional Exposure 10 -12 years
Desired Skill Set

Strong finishing knowledge, people management skills, good communication skills and ability to work independently and as apart of a team

Roles and Responsibilities :
  1. Quality inspection of Commercial and residential buildings
  2. Enquire quality process that is being followed
  3. Assist the Project/Construction Managers in reviewing the contractor’s specific quality plans and produce recommendations
  4. Conduct regular inspections and audits of ongoing work to ensure compliance with project specifications, relevant standards, and best practices.
  5. Coordinate with the contractor’s representative and Site Engineer in charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including the closure of Non-Compliance Report.
  6. Material testing and Verification of testing of regular construction material, Mix design, Mix Design Concrete Mix Trial
  7. Control over production & produced concrete
  8. Checking all finishing works and checking workmanship
